Working at twopercent.

We're building a studio that ships fast and designs well. Speed first, design second, data third. Remote, AI-augmented, direct collaboration.

What we believe.

Three things we run the studio on.

Speed first.

01

MVP fast iteration beats slow builds. Faster ship cycles mean faster real-world data. We're not in the business of perfecting hypotheses in private — we're in the business of testing them in public.

Design as differentiator.

02

Production is cheap now. Anyone can ship working software. What separates a product people love from a product they forget is design judgment. That's the wedge we're sharpening.

Data confirms taste.

03

Data reinforces design decisions — it doesn't make them. Once a build ships, real usage tells us where the instincts were right and where to iterate. Speed → design → data, in that order.

How the studio works.

A few angles on the day-to-day texture of working here.

Small team, direct line.

You work close to the decision-maker. No agency middle layer, no handoff maze, no week-long feedback loop. Ideas move faster when the room is small.

Remote, but not distant.

Async when it helps, synchronous when work needs taste or speed. Fast written feedback, short calls with a point. Fewer meetings whose only job is scheduling more meetings.

Real work, early.

Interns and partners touch shipped work. Not a practice environment built around busywork or endless decks. The standard is production-quality output with quick iteration.

Open right now.

We're an early-stage studio. Right now we bring on partners (equity + revenue share) and interns (experience-based). Salaried hires arrive as revenue stabilizes — we're not pretending otherwise.
